Fellowship Hall + Kitchen Room Rental

Service Description

We offer a spacious air-conditioned Fellowship Hall that holds up to 120 people. This rental space includes all tables and chairs needed and the use of our industrial kitchen. Contract details: $250.00 for up to four hours $25 each additional hour (predetermined) $50.00 Refundable Deposit* A refundable deposit is required to reserve the facilities. All remaining fees are payable two weeks in advance of the rental date. Alcohol is permitted during your rental with these guidelines: -Open alcohol is not permitted outside of the building -Alcohol is NOT permitted to minors under any circumstances -No alcohol consumption during set-up or clean-up -You cannot charge your guests for alcoholic drinks -You cannot advertise that alcohol will be served -The person renting the space must be present at all times during the rental -If you have guests of more 100+, you must supply official security, at your cost The use of the refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee pot, and countertops is permitted–the dishwasher, or any other equipment is not. Decorating the fellowship hall may take place the day of the event (or the day before dependent upon availability of the facility) this time is included in your paid rental time. At the end of your rental, please empty your things from the refrigerator and wipe out any soil that was left behind. Wipe the counters, sinks, and stove. Close and lock any windows you may have opened. Close up garbage bags tightly and place them in the empty shopping cart in the back of the kitchen. Broom sweep the floor of any debris you may have left. *Your deposit will be mailed to you within 7 business days or directly after the room has been checked for damage.
