February's Community Give Back will benefit the Malachi Center

For February’s Community Give Back we are collecting dish soap for the Malachi Center and individual bagged snacks for The City Mission.
The mission of the Malachi Center is to empower the individual, nature the family and build the community. Malachi Center serves those dealing with socio-economic, structural, and trauma-based barriers to economic, academic and interpersonal success. The City Mission of Cleveland – Reaching hearts. Changing lives. We’re on a mission to provide help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.

From now until February 28, 2026, we will be collecting warm hats, gloves and mittens for the children and adults in need AND warm socks for the homeless. There will be collection boxes in the Brick Lobby, Narthex and outside the Fellowship Hall.

Thank You for the donations towards the January Community Give Back. We received 18 bottles of baby lotion, shampoo or wash to help Womenkind Prenatal & Maternal Center and 35 tubes of toothpaste, 4 toothbrushes and 10 packages of floss for the Ronald McDonald House. Thank You!

We received 3 books of stamps to help send PLC mailings to our Shut Ins and 95 tubes of lip balm for
the CLE City Mission. Thank You! -
For the months of November and December 2025, the Parma Police Department collected donations for our Community Ministry Closet, where many of the items go to the Journey for Safe Healing Home. On January 27, the department delivered their donations along with a $400 check. Many heartfelt thanks to the officers and their families for their donations of paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, tissues, soaps, towels, diapers, toothbrushes and paste, stuffed animals and so much more.
