Gloria Ann Book Club​

PLC is bringing back its beloved Book Club. Our first book discussion will be Wednesday, Nov 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. We will be holding two discussions a month! (you only need to attend one.)
Our first book we will be reading & discussing is: Thanksgiving Night by Richard Bausch. We hope you can read the book before our first discussion but if you are not able to finish on time, come to the discussion anyways. We will have treats, fellowship and a sign-up for future books, dates and hosting. Please invite your friends and family to join us!

Semi-Annual Congregation Meeting in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is encouraged to attend. We will be discussing important topics about the church, voting new council members into place and approving the church budget.​​​

Advent Dinners​

Please join us for Wednesday Advent dinners to be held this year on December 3, 10, and 17, 2025 served from 6-7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall with the Advent devotional directly following. A signup sheet is in the narthex for anyone having it upon their heart to help.

Youth Baking Party +

Come join us for a Christmas cookie baking party on Friday night! We will be making cookies to sell at a bake sale after the 12/7 Worship Service. While cookies are baking, we will also be finishing up our Christmas ornament crafts for the shut-ins that were started in our November Youth Education class. All ages youth are invited to attend the Baking Party.
After the Baking Party, the middle school and high school-aged youth will be having an overnight church lock-in ("Night Owls"). Join us for some Youth Group fun including movies, snacks and teaming up for a fun, church-wide, scavenger hunt!

Meet us at the Valley View Village Church in Valley View, Ohio, at 7:30 p.m. to walk through an outdoor live Nativity re-enactment of the very first Christmas! On your journey to Bethlehem, you will meet Isaiah the prophet, Caesar Augustus, King Herod, the Magi, the shepherd and then proceed through a busy market where you will find Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus in a stable.
Dress warmly! The outdoor experience will take approximately 30 minutes. After the walk-through, we will gather inside to warm up with hot chocolate and cookies.
This event is free and open to the public. We are inviting all members to join us!
